Today I want to share with you all my favorite protein shake.
Sometimes protein powder shakes aren't always that tasty, but with this blend it tastes just like the old fashioned shamrock shake, but is much better for you.
You can use any protein powder you chose as long as it's vanilla flavored otherwise I don't think it would blend well with peppermint.
Healthy Shamrock Shake
1 cup milk of choice (I like to use almond milk)
1 sliced banana frozen (I like to cut up bananas and put them in the freezer to keep on hand.)
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 - 2 drops of peppermint extract
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use MRM Veggie Protein)
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
Put into glasses and serve.
