So you finally got a diagnosis and your heart sinks when you find out what it is. It is not at all what you had hoped for, but at least you finally know what it is that's going on in your body. As you sit there and wonder "where do I go from here?" and "how am I going to deal with this?" It may take some time for it all to set in. Regardless of how you respond this diagnosis is now there and it feels like it's going to be there for a while, you might even wonder if it's going to be with you for good. Let me assure you there are steps you can take that will help you get through it.
For me it was Lyme Disease, for others it's cancer, arthritis, fibromyalgia, or other autoimmune disease, and so many other things. At first it seems like the end of the world, as if all hope is lost, but I am here to share with you that it's not. No matter how you feel right now in this moment, no matter where you are at in your present journey, no matter how long ago your diagnosis was, there is still hope, and I am here to help you find it.
Once you find hope, you can then begin to heal. Once you find the courage and strength you didn't believe you had left, and gain the faith in your ability to heal you are headed in the right direction. I am here to help you on that path, you guide you along that part of the journey. To find your health and wellness.
How was the experience of hearing your diagnosis for you?
Does it sound similar to my own?
