When it comes to most anything in life people always say "Just be yourself." But do you really know what that means? Do you really know who you are? It's hard to just be yourself if you don't have a clue who you are, what you stand for, and what makes you light up and brings you joy.
So how do we figure out who we are? It's called diving deep, and we have to dive deep within ourselves to find our truth and in turn figure out who we really are in many different ways. We are our belief systems, we are what we think and say to ourselves every day, we are what lights us up, we are what brings us down, we are everything that makes up us as a whole which consists of many components.
The first step in knowing yourself is to listen to yourself. What do you say about yourself when you look in the mirror? What do you say about yourself when you make a mistake? What do you say to yourself about others? Are you being judgmental towards yourself and others? Are those judgments really truth?
These are all very important things to really sit and think about, become more aware of, and tap into. Then find your truth. Everyone's truth is different, we all were brought up in different ways and we all had different experiences to different things that make up who we are, that make up our belief systems, and make up our perceptions. But just because all those things happened, and just because we believe and perceive life in a certain way because of those things, does not mean that is the ultimate truth.
The ultimate truth is that we are all spiritual beings, we are all made of stardust, we are all whole and complete unto ourselves, we are all infinite beings, we are all worthy, we are all loved, we are all perfect just as we are. The things we went through were just lessons along the way, they were never meant for us to stay in them and live life from that space. We are meant to learn and grow from them so we may move forward and ascend.
So who are YOU really?
What makes you uniquely YOU?
Tap into yourself, love yourself, get to know your true self, and embrace it all.
Blessings to you everyone.
