I just wanted to get on here and say sorry it has been so long since I have posted a blog post. I have been crazy busy with getting my cookbook published and starting a new "day job" plus a million other things that have been crazy in my life lately. But things are starting to fall into place now and since I finally have a moment to chat I wanted to post something so you all knew what was going on. And that I was still alive and going strong. Despite feeling tired a lot, but that's for another time.

A little about the book:
The first part of the book speaks about eating naturally and holistically. Why it's important and how to transition into it. The second part of the book is recipes so you can start experimenting and learning new ways to cook and find new meals to create and enjoy.
I started a new "day job" like I said, doing something I love and enjoy and am very good at. It is early mornings though so it has been a shift for me and I am still transitioning into a whole new schedule. Therefore I get tired at the end of my day and often don't feel like doing much of anything right now. I am hoping at some point my body will get used to it and it wont be so difficult. It'll just take some time. So bear with me as I work through this. Thank you.
